Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
RentToRead is an online book rental platform for kids.
RentToRead takes a refundable deposit and is only liable to refund once the books are successfully returned to the library and in good condition. Minor damages are not fined but in case of irreparable damage to the books, RentToRead can deduct the security deposit.
You can request for a one time free extension of 7 days. But if the return request is not raised, within the time, we will deduct 50% of the rental price from the deposit. We will send you an email to notify you when we receive your books. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working day.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Processing of refunds usually take about 5-6 working days. It also varies with each bank. Soit would be great if you can recheck with your bank or credit card company about the same. If you have done that already and haven’t received a refund yet, kindly write to us at contact@renttoread.com, or message us at 9870136202. We will surely help you.
