RentToRead is a book rental platform which has both subscription plans and ‘pay as you read’ option.
RentToRead may take a refundable deposit and is only liable to refund once the books are successfully returned to the library and in good condition. In case of any damage,
RentToRead can deduct the security deposit as per the MRP of the books.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your books. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working day.
In case a user would like to cancel the subscription, RentToRead will refund after deducting the Book Damage/missing cost. Refunds usually take 2
Working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/ credit card company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
