Q: How long can I keep a book?

You can keep each box for 30 days from the day it's delivered. We arrange pickup for you — nothing to book.

Q: Can I delay a delivery or skip a month?

Yes — life happens. Going away, too many books on hand, exams, anything. Message us and we'll push your delivery back or skip a month for you, and roll those books into your next box so nothing's lost.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime from My Account — no need to contact anyone. Your auto-payment stops straight away, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, so any box still due still arrives.

Q: What happens if a book is damaged or lost?

Normal wear from reading is completely fine — never charged. If a book is lost or damaged beyond repair, we charge a flat ₹150 per book, and we always speak with you first.
